Driver Authorization Instructions

1. If you would like to use a Station vehicle while on site, contact Karla or Tom in advance of your visit to arrange dates.

2. Complete a Driver Authorization Form (link opens new window and requires Adobe Reader). 

• Check "Volunteer"
• Sign as "Volunteer"
• Submit completed form to Karla at Kemp Station.

3. If you hold an out-of-state driver's license, complete a Notarized Statement (link opens new window and requires Adobe Reader) and submit it with your completed Driver Authorization Form.
