Kemp Station is located between the towns of Woodruff and
Lake Tomahawk, approximately 220 miles north of Madison, WI and 220 miles east
of St. Paul, MN. The Station enjoys excellent year-round access. A 2 mile,
all-season road connects the Station to Highway 47 and the Wisconsin State
highway system. The Oneida County Regional Airport, located 30 miles to the
south, provides commuter service to the major hubs of Chicago, IL
and Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN.
To get to Kemp:
From Woodruff: Travel south on State
Highway 47 for 3.95 miles. Turn right onto Kemp Road. Travel 2.0 miles
down Kemp Road to the Station entrance. The Lodge, Lab, and Office are
located another 0.5 miles down the road.
From Lake Tomahawk: Travel north on State Highway
47 for 3.25 miles. Turn left onto Kemp Road. Travel 2.0 miles down Kemp
Road to the Station entrance. The Lodge, Lab, and Office are located
another 0.5 miles down the road.
